Delete your TrackExpnz account

You can permanently delete your TrackExpnz account and all associated data at any time. There are two ways to do it.

Option 1: Delete your account in the app

In the TrackExpnz mobile app or web app:

  1. Sign in to your account.
  2. Open Settings.
  3. Choose Delete account and confirm.

Option 2: Request deletion by email

Email us at [email protected] from the email address on your account with the subject β€œDelete my account.” We will verify the request and process the deletion within 30 days.

What gets deleted

Deleting your account permanently removes everything associated with it:

  • Your account and profile information
  • All expense records
  • All mileage records
  • All uploaded receipt images
  • All business profiles and settings

This action cannot be undone. If you want to keep a copy of your records, export your data first β€” CSV export is available to every account, including the free plan, from inside the app.

How long it takes

In-app deletion takes effect immediately. Email requests are processed within 30 days. In either case, your personal data and associated records are deleted from our systems within 30 days, except where we are required to retain certain information to comply with legal obligations, as described in our Privacy Policy.
